Peanut Brittle

This brittle is so delicious. My recipe is inspired by old fashioned soft break brittle. At first bite there is a nice snap. Then the sweet, salty, roasted nuts blend to a delicious combination that leaves you wanting more.  I will have to say it’s hard to put down once you get started.
